Jack Will and I spent a few hours Sunday afternoon here on the river. Will brought a wonderful Strawberry Mede that we savored. We also knocked back a couple of pints of my Haystack Porter and what I call crystal 60 ale. Will brought some honey bee boxes to store in the barn and we got a little further with our plans to keep bees.
I've attached a link to a clip I edited this morning from http://radio.craftbrewer.org/ It features the biggest ego on the internet Graham Sanders and his cellarman, Ian. He's been doing a couple of podcasts a month since 2005. It's where I get much of my parrot material. This clip from Oct 2007 is about 20 minutes long and it's the first of 4 shows covering yeast storage.

Jack was completely psyched about BeerKan's ale and Will's mead. I can't wait to try both of them. The two of them should definitely be in charge of refreshments at the next meeting. Ken, are we meeting at the river? P
